**Return Policy**

Refunds, exchanges, and returns are not accepted. On a case by case basis, We offer store credit if an eligible item is returned within 30 days of purchase, along with the original receipt. A gift card will be issued with the  credit amount. In order to receive store credit the item must be in the same condition of which it was purchased (unused and in the original packaging). 

All store credit transfers are subject to the staff and management team at Canary Yellow. Not all items brought back for store credit will receive store credit and will be determined after inspection and acceptance of the item. In order to complete a store credit transfer you must:

-Bring the item to the store for inspection, with reasoning for return
-Provide original receipt, and it must be within 30 days of the date of purchase 
-If the item is approved for store credit a gift certificate or gift card will be issued for the exchanged amount
